What are the benefits of working out in an infrared heated studio?
Our studio is heated using infrared heat, which gently warms the body from within rather than
just heating the air. This type of heat helps promote circulation, increase flexibility, and support
muscle recovery while allowing your body to move more freely during class.
Our warm environment helps reduce stress and improve mental well-being. The combination
of heat, movement, and breathwork can help release tension, promote relaxation, and leave you
feeling both physically energized and mentally refreshed after class.
What should I wear?
Form-fitting athletic wear that allows for comfortable movement is ideal. Breathable fabrics work
best for heated classes.
Do I need to bring in my own mat or equipment?
The answer is no!. Mats and all necessary class equipment are provided by the studio.
Grip socks are required for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, grip socks are available for
purchase in the studio.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No experience is necessary. Our classes are designed for all levels, and instructors will always
offer modifications and progressions so everyone can move at their own pace.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class, especially if it’s your first visit. This allows
time to check in, get settled, and prepare for class.
Do you have lockers or changing areas?
Yes. We provide lockers for personal belongings so you can store your items while you enjoy
your class.
Please note that Voltage is not responsible for any lost or misplaced belongings. If items
are left behind in the studio, our team will place them at the front desk for pickup
How do I cancel a class?
Classes can be canceled directly through your account on our booking platform. Please cancel
within the allowed cancellation window to avoid late fees.
